Christina Aguilera, Jonas Brothers Surprise Perez Hilton at Birthday Bash

Taking the example of the most enduring Hollywood icon, Marilyn Monroe, Christina Aguilera hit the Sunset Strip on Saturday night to toast the queen city of the king of gossip, Perez Hilton. Rocking a body in leopard-print dress, fish nets and black knee-high boots, the rarely seen the pop star (with her husband Jordan Bratman in tow) made a surprise appearance at LA's famous Viper Room where, after a strong performance of "Lady Marmalade" (remake of the 2001 version) that serenade the celebrity blogger and birthday boy with a sultry "Happy Birthday, dear Perez-ident."

In recent years, Hilton, who is an avid fan of music and sometimes A & R scout, has made an annual tradition to celebrate his birthday twice - first a great host South by Southwest coup output Austin, where Kanye West, Solange, the Indigo Girls and Little Boots performed March 21 and then a smaller, more intimate bash for close friends, family and fans of the celebrity. Among the famous faces who are crowded into the small Viper Room for the second round will be Besties Perez Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Amanda Bynes, random friends like Salman Rushdie, and Meghan McCain, along with frequent? - And forgive - objectives of Tara Reid, Steve-O, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Also making an appearance: the Jonas Brothers, who came to the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards held earlier in the night, took out a cake and led the room in the first "Happy Birthday" song of the night.

"I was really surprised pleasantly surprised by what they were there," she gushed after the evening Hilton. "For the Kids Choice Awards, asked if they had to go to my party and said he could not because I had to go to the Honor Society of play [in the House of Blues]. That means a lot to me that took the time to come sing me happy birthday. "

Put a black skirt that took "a gay leather / S & M store in Silverlake and neon pink lace Doc Martins boots, disclosing Hilton in a sea of fans and what can only be described as the last gift: a song performance by Aguilera, four shirtless dancers and plenty of pink feather boas. "It was the last final," said Hilton, still in disbelief at the end of the night. "Last year I had the Pussycat Dolls perform at my birthday party. This year, Christina Aguilera. That's pretty damn amazing!"

Britney and Christina Gross and sticky? No longer in this week's TV Moments Top

Is there anything that television can not do us? Britney Spears did her best impression of a pop star, which makes us doubt his status as icon. She did not say a word, but Katie Couric - for a moment - made us forget the real news. And Christina Aguilera did what we thought was impossible: She made us fall in love with the Grammys again.

Best musical performance: In 2008, the Concert Grammy Nominations, Britney the former rivals and fellow Mouseketeer, Christina Aguilera, classes set with a beautiful performance of "I love you Porgy", seen as a tribute to the inimitable Nina Simone. We like the idea of a conspiracy to announce the nomination so that we will use the following phrase from the first time anyone ever used: Well done, Grammys!

Keeps Gettin' Better Lyric

Christina Aguilera Keeps Gettin' Better

Step back gonna come at ya fast

I'm driving out of control
And getting ready to crash
Won't stop shaking up what I can
I serve it up in a shot
So suck it down like a man
So baby yes I know what I am
And no I don't give a damn
And you'll be loving it

Some days I'm a super bitch
Up to my old tricks
But it won't last forever
Next day I'm your super girl
Out to save the world
And it keeps gettin' better

Kiss kiss gonna tell you right now
I'll make it sweet on the lips as it can knock you out
Shut up I don't care what you say
Cuz when we both in the ring you're gonna like it my way
Yeah baby there's a villain in me so sexy sour and sweet
And you'll be loving it

Some days I'm a super bitch
Up to my old tricks
But it won't last forever
Next day I'm your super girl
Out to save the world
And it keeps gettin' better

Hold on
Keeps gettin' better
Hold on
Keeps gettin' better

In the blink of an eye
In the speed of the light
I'll hold the universe up
And make your planets collide
When I strap on my boots
And I slip on my suit
You see the vixen in me
Becomes an angel for you

Some days I'm a super bitch
Up to my old tricks
But it won't last forever
Next day I'm your super girl
Out to save the world
And it keeps gettin' better

Some days I'm a super bitch
Up to my old tricks
But it won't last forever
Next day I'm your super girl
Out to save the world
And it keeps gettin' better

Hold on
Keeps gettin' better
Hold on
Keeps gettin' better

The Kyiv Concert

Christina Aguilera's show was an event not to be missed. That's why I was surprised not to see a big crowd in front of Palats Sportu shortly before the concert was supposed to start on October 21. Inside the situation was similar. The concert hall is rather empty.

Although some viewers might have opted to miss the opening act, knowing that the concert will probably start one hour after its scheduled 7:30 pm start, the place seemed deserted, too. After all, the organizers added another show for the program for good reason: it provides a huge demand for tickets Palats Ukraina. And it was actually the first time that a popular international artist is going to play not one but two concerts in this city.

However, they have a little greedy, dividing the dance floor of the area Palats Sportu in several parts, and ticket sales for the zone closest to the stage of more than $ 300. The result was plain to see - most of the audience that had arrived full of people at the other end of the hall, after paying the lowest price they could, and the remaining two areas waiting fan vacuum for the most part. It is quite clear that the guards eventually forced to let people in the rear to the front, so that Christina would not have to sing before an empty space. And did so in the end.

The opening act - hip-hop and R & B trio Potap and Nastya Kamenskikh - arrived at the scene squarely at 7:30 pm on pop trash His show was fun to see. Nastya is at least decent voice, while the rapper Potap seemed as ridiculous as most local rappers do, at the launch of lame jokes here and there. However, his simplistic appeal to the more demanding public, that he saw as "yours", it was easy to understand.

I was sitting comfortably next to the stage, which proved to be the main venue for all "VIP" guests - local celebrities who could not get tickets for Palats Ukraina.
Most of them were apparently members of the Ukrainian girl bands with their peers. There are so many of them, it is really difficult to follow, and, frankly, I do not even try.

Finally, at about 9 pm, which had already been prophesied to replace Madonna as the new queen of pop appeared in a hat and white pantsuit. Jazzy pop tunes played by an impressive band of musicians filled the air with Aguilera and her group of dancers took the stage, proclaiming itself the real woman show from the beginning. She changed costumes several times and keeps showering his audience with hits, without giving a moment of rest. Starting his show as a retro diva, who ended up as a 21st century high-tech Barbarella - its new image, the performance of her latest single "Keep Gettin 'better' and that a powerful rock song for" Soldier "for the grand final.
